FIDEI Co., LTD, as one of the great footwear suppliers, our factory has been incorporated in early 21 century. We are one of China's innovative leading R&D companies in the cross-section of shoes technology. From the beginning, we engaged in designing, manufacturing and marketing shoes for the whole world wide countries. With experienced and innovative developing in design and manufacture, our company has earned the reputation from lot's of old & new customers at home and abroad. At the meantime, our factory has increased from 100 staffs to over 600 staffs with normal 240,000 pairs monthly production capability. Through continuously expended, we developed more than 30,000 styles of shoes from men & women size. By now our series comprise a comprehensive selection of fashion shoes, casual shoes, sandals, etc. in geniune and PU materials. Further to environment, our factory consistently precedes on products' high quality, competitive price, fast delivery, but also focus more on respecting labor's social security and civil rights.
What We are Possessing.
With an experienced, professional design team, we have excellent design system with CAD, shoes master, etc. professional designing software.
We having our own outsole plant for guarantee our outsole quality and sufficient resources. In the stitching workshop, hundreds of experienced handmade workers each matches one safety stitching machine. Strict inspection team guarantee upper stitching in high quality for further processing.
Specially in shaping workshop, our automatic production lines equipped with a full series of advanced devices as new type automatic hydraulic Lasting machines including cementing toe-laster, seat/side laster, heel-laster/tacking laster, and upper, last adge flattening machine, etc.
Quality Control
BSCI--We use process oriented quality management.
We have been certified in accordance with quality management system and BSCI.
The BSCI certificate verifies and documents process-oriented operation and the optimization of operational structures within our company. The continuous improvement of processes is guaranteed on the basis of the regular audits.
6S Management System—We strictly operate production based on 6S management system.
According 6S, we have been normalizing the workers in aspects of the scheduledness, sanitation, systemization, standard, safety, and self-possession, etc. And with strict inspections in each section, the defective percentage is below 1 percent.
European Directives – Our selections of footwear comply with European Directives.
Shoes materials sourcing from specified supplier. The European REACH requirements such as LEAD, DEHP，PAHS, etc. are guaranteed to be applied with. We carefully and strictly control materials’ safety specially the proportion for guaranteeing every consumer’s health.
